5 Tips on how to be the best Ambassador!
` Our Ambassadors are a huge part of Chapelle and these tips are important to show you how to be the best leader as an ambassador!
Be a role model: As an ambassador, it is important that you are a model of what a Chapelle top student looks like. As a role model, you should always be responsible for your own things. For example, taking on the responsibility of being an ambassador, is wearing your ambassador blazer to Liturgy days and formal events.
Participation: To be the best ambassador possible, you should want to dress up for all the spirit days, especially the themed days at summer camp. Many people, little kids, and Chapelle students, look up to ambassadors. They should always be willing to go all out for everything!
Positive energy: A Chapelle Ambassador always has a positive attitude and a smile on their face! Smiles will be contagious to all of the potential chips that come to all of the events! If an ambassador does not have a positive attitude it will start to rub off on everyone at the event which will make future chips not want to attend Chapelle events anymore! If you want to become an ambassador, always make sure to have a big smile and a positive attitude!
Be helpful when someone is in need: At any event or at school, You should be the first person who is ready to help someone if they ask for it. Even if you don't know how to help, try your best and make their experience better. Someone may be too scared to ask for help so you should kindly walk up and help! This is showing that Chapelle ambassadors are always there for anyone and we will always lend a hand to help.
BE HYPE! As an ambassador, you show younger kids what Chapelle is all about. So, being hype about Chapelle shows the kids that Chapelle always has something fun going on and how we love Chapelle. Also, when you’re hype, it will influence the others around you.
Our director of admissions, Mrs. Kacey Pierce, leads us in all of our recruiting events as ambassadors. She is our guide and who we go to whenever we need help. To become an ambassador, you must apply and get accepted. She takes this job very seriously because she truly wants the best of the best, as she says, "Having the best ambassadors available when prospective students are on campus is essential because they represent the heart and spirit of the school. Their enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine experiences help create a welcoming environment, allowing visitors to truly envision themselves as part of our community."- Mrs. Pierce
