  • When is Green & White Welcome Night?

    Mark your calendars! You and a parent/guardian MUST come to Chapelle on Thursday, March 20 @ 6:00-8:00PM for Green and White Welcome Night. All newly admitted students and parents are required to attend our Orientation and Registration Night. 


    Our newest Chipmunk families will learn more about class schedules, following the Chapelle Handbook, how to get involved on campus and more! 


    Student Attire: School uniform, or jeans with a Chapelle shirt. Shorts and leggings are not permitted.


    Please note that registration must be submitted on the Gulf Coast Bank Portal by Friday, March 14th, or it must be paid in cash at Green and White Welcome Night. 


    New Chipmunk Family Social @ 5PM: Looking to meet your new classmates and their families? Join us for some light refreshments, photo opportunities, and a chance to stop by the Acorn Shop to grab some necessities for your new Chip!

  • When are payments / forms due?

    • $700 Registration Fee (Gulf Bank Portal) - Friday, March 14th.
    • Enrollment Packet (FACTS) - Friday, March 14th
    • Big Sis / Lil Sis Form (incoming 8th grade students only) - Friday, March 14th
    • $350 ChipStart payment (incoming 8th grade students only) - Friday, May 2nd

  • Where do I find information on Chromebook specifications and drop-off days?

    Each Chipmunk personally purchases and owns a Google Chromebook, the required technology for Archbishop Chapelle High School.  


    SPECIFICATIONS: 

    Google Chromebook, 14" or smaller and touchscreen


    Chromebooks will NOT be issued through Archbishop Chapelle High School. Purchasing a protective case, a laptop warranty, and/or insurance is strongly encouraged.

    Chromebooks need to be purchased before May 19, 2025. 


    The Technology Department will set-up each Chromebook on-campus with necessary software. To facilitate this process, Chromebooks must be dropped off at Chapelle on either date:

    • May 19th: Anytime from 11AM-1PM
    • May 27th: Anytime from 8AM-10PM

  • How will I receive updates on upcoming events?

    Monthly email updates will be coming from Kacey Pierce '13, Director of Admissions, titled “NEW Chipmunk Tracks," to all parent emails submitted in your daughter's application. 


    In these updates, you will receive reminders about try-outs, upcoming events, and deadlines.
