“I’ve carried this motto with me since my days at Chapelle. I truly believe that what you put into Chapelle, she will give you right back and then some. Chapelle isn’t just a place I went; it’s part of my identity. My mother and women who taught me here shaped who I am today, and I am forever grateful.”

2026 ALUMNA OF THE YEAR

Lyndsey Manalla Dyle '03

A proud graduate of the Class of 2003, Lyndsey Manalla Dyle has always carried the spirit of Chapelle in her heart. A true legacy, Lyndsey follows in the footsteps of her mother, Leeann Roser Manalla ’82, and her aunts, Kim Roser Wetzel ’81 and Kelly Austin Roser ’87—women who helped set the foundation for her lifelong devotion to the school that shaped her.

After earning a volleyball scholarship to Spring Hill College, Lyndsey’s journey brought her home in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, where she completed her degree at the University of New Orleans in 2007. It wasn’t long before she found herself back where she belonged—at Chapelle. For five years, she poured her heart into her alma mater, serving as the 8th Grade and JV Volleyball Coach, and working across the Admissions, Alumnae, and Advancement departments. Her time on staff only strengthened her belief in the transformative power of the Chapelle community.

In 2011, Lyndsey began a successful career in the insurance industry and now serves as Territory Sales Manager for Louisiana and Texas with SageSure. Yet even as her professional achievements grew, her entrepreneurial spirit blossomed as well. In 2020, she founded Tookies NOLA Charcuterie, an artisan cheese company serving customers across the Greater New Orleans area.

That same year, Lyndsey embraced one of the most meaningful roles of her life: advocate. After her daughter Greer’s Autism diagnosis, Lyndsey committed herself to raising awareness, championing acceptance, and advocating for inclusion—especially within Catholic schools. Her voice has become a source of education, encouragement, and hope for many families in the community.

Deeply devoted to her family, Lyndsey shines brightest as wife to her amazing husband Chad, and mother to their children Grayson and Greer, and stepchildren Collin, Daphne, and Brendan. She remains actively involved across all five of her children’s schools, serving on boards, volunteering as a room mom, and supporting events that strengthen each campus community.

Lyndsey’s dedication to Chapelle has never wavered. Even after leaving as an employee in 2011, she remained deeply involved in the life of the school she loves. She continued coaching volleyball through 2013, served on the Gala Committee, and served as class chair ensuring her classmates stayed connected to one another and to Chapelle. Perhaps most notably, Lyndsey created the cherished Alumnae Decade Rally, an event she has chaired with tremendous passion and vision. Under her leadership, Alumnae rally has become one of the school’s most beloved traditions, raising more than $50,000 for Chapelle in just two events since 2012. Her service reflects not only her loyalty, but her unwavering belief in giving back to the place that helped shape her.

Her commitment is rooted in her own rich student experience. As a Chapelle student, Lyndsey was captain of the volleyball team, a member of the softball, golf, and track teams, an active student council member, and a contributor to both the yearbook and newspaper. Even then, her belief in involvement, service, and sisterhood was unmistakable.

Lyndsey often says that being engaged in your school—during your time there and long after—is pivotal. Her encouragement is simple: stay active, stay connected, and always come back home to Chapelle.

Above all, Chapelle’s motto, Deus Providebit—God Will Provide, has guided Lyndsey throughout her life.
