PARENTS CLUB
Welcome Parents!
At Archbishop Chapelle High School, every family is a part of the Chapelle Parents Club, no membership forms, no dues, and no requirements to join! We believe that every parent and guardian has a valuable role in building the strong, faith-filled community that makes Chapelle special.
The Parents Club provides opportunities for families to connect, volunteer, support school traditions, and help create memorable experiences for our students. Whether you can give a little time, share your talents, or simply attend events and cheer on our Chipmunks, there is a place for you.
Together, our families strengthen the Chapelle community and support our mission of developing young women of faith, excellence, and purpose.

*Bring any gift card valued at $20 for a chance to win a pair of tickets to Emerald Gala 2027. The drawing will take place on February 2, 2027 during the Parents Club 3rd General Meeting. Each $20 gift card received gives you 1 chance to win.*
Volunteer Opportunities
As a member of the Archbishop Chapelle’s Parents Club you have the option to participate in Chapelle’s Tuition Raffle. The winner of our raffle will receive $5,500 to be used towards tuition for the 2027-2028 school year. To be entered in the raffle, the following requirements MUST be met:
1. Attend at least 3 of the 4 Parents Club General Meetings **this does not include Back to School Night
2. Volunteer at 3 Parents Club events prior to the drawing in May
Examples of Opportunities to Volunteer: Bookstore Volunteers, Craft Fair, Grandparent’s Day, Open House, Breakfast with Santa, Mother/Daughter Luncheon, Treat Day Volunteer, Father/Daughter Social, Prom Fest, Emerald Gala & Auction,
St. Joseph’s Day Altar, Fundraisers, Hospitality Daytime, Hospitality Evening
*Please Note: each family will be required to sign in at every Parents Club event. Each volunteer event receives 1 credit, but Prom Fest, whether working set up or day of, receives 2 credits.
All parents who plan to volunteer in any capacity NEED to be safe environment trained.
