In the summer of 2025, the Archbishop Chapelle High School courtyard will be renovated to accommodate our bustling campus. Enhancements include repaving, new landscaping, new seating areas, and dedicated areas for personalized bricks. We now invite all members of the Chapelle community to participate in this beautification project by purchasing a courtyard brick to commemorate their Chipmunk experience. To kick off our Courtyard Brick Campaign, our first area of installation will be the main entrance. (Yellow highlighted areas)
- Located in between the front office and the cafeteria, this area will be newly renovated and landscaped.
- Included in this area will the any previously installed bricks.
- All bricks will be installed in the order they are received.
- Kindly submit your order ASAP to be included in this initial install.

As we continue the Courtyard Brick Campaign, our next phase of installation will be the center of the courtyard. (Yellow highlighted areas)
- Located in between the main campus and gymnasium with the gazebo as the focal point.
- Included in this area will be any new bricks that are purchased online.
- All bricks will be installed in batches in the order they are received.

FAQs
How many letters can I fit on a brick?
Each courtyard brick can have the following:
- 3 lines of text
- 20 characters per line
- Puncuation allowed, i.e. & or !
- Puncuation and spaces do count as a character, i.e. Class of '89 Friends counts as 20 characters.
- In our handy interactive brick designer, you will given the limitations on line and character count.

How much does a brick cost and how do I order?
Each courtyard brick is $250.
- That includes installation in the Chapelle Courtyard with your customized text.
- You may order online by visiting: https://archbishopchapelle.myshopify.com/products/brick
- All major credit cards are accepted.
What if I already have a brick installed in the courtyard area?
- All previously installed bricks will be reprinted and installed at no cost to you.
- Those bricks will be installed closest to the entrance of the school by the main office.

Where will the bricks be installed?
Stage 1: The initial round of brick installation will take place at the main entrance of the school in between the cafeteria and the front office.
Stage 2: After the courtyard main entrance area is filled, the next wave of bricks will be installed in the center of the courtyard in the pathway leading to the gazebo.

Is there a deadline to purchase a brick?
To be included in the Summer 2025 Install:
- We ask any individuals, families, or companies that would like to have their brick installed prior to the initial install projected to take place in August 2025 to please submit your purchase by July 3, 2025.
After first install:
- Bricks will remain available for purchase and will be installed in batches. Notifications will be sent when your batch is set to be installed.

Will I be notified when my brick is installed?
Yes!
- You will be notified when your brick is installed by the email address that is provided at checkout.
- We will provide additional details on how to visit your brick at that time.
Is the courtyard brick campaign restricted?
Yes!
- The Courtyard Brick Campaign is restricted to Incarnate Word Hall.
- All funds raised through the brick purchases will go to the development and construction of Incarnate Word Hall.

Are brick purchases considered tax-deductible?
Archbishop Chapelle High School is a 501c3 non-profit.
- Chartiable gifts are tax-deductible as provided by the law. Tax ID #72-05655857
- No gifts or services are received upon purchase of brick.
- All puchases are considered a donation to Incarnate Word Hall.
- Donation letters will be mailed after transaction is processed.
- Please contact your finanical advisor for additional assistance.
