2026 Induction Class
Archbishop Chapelle High School proudly welcomed the 2026 Induction Class of the Chapelle Athletics Hall of Fame, honoring four individuals whose talent, dedication, and school spirit have left a lasting mark on our athletic tradition.
Margaret Bayard '76
Margaret played basketball, volleyball, and indoorball while a student at Chapelle. She was a member of the 1976 City Basketball Championship Team and the 1975 City Indoor Championship Team. Margaret went on to play basketball at the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
Jerrye Modenbach '78
Jerrye played basketball, volleyball, and indoorball which a student at Chapelle. Jerrye was a member of the 1975 City Indoorball Championship Team, the 1976 City Basketball Championship Team, and the 1977 City Volleyball Championship Team. Jerrye attended Tulane University where she played volleyball and basketball.
Ms. Linda Munn
Ms. Linda Munn was a physical education teacher at Chapelle for 38 years. During those years, Ms. Munn coached basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, track and field, golf, and cheer. As the namesake for the premier athletic award given to student, Ms. Munn exemplifies sportsmanship, teamwork, and school pride.
Patricia Toujouse '77
Patricia played basketball, volleyball, and indoorball at Chapelle. Patricia was a member of the 1975 City Indoorball Championship Team and the 1975 City Basketball Championship Team. Patricia went on to play volleyball and basketball at Tulane University.
