E-Board Election Candidates Video Submissions All e-board candidates were asked to make a creative video that showcases why they would be a good candidate for the 2026-2027 Student Council Executive Board. They were given the following questions to answer, but were not required to answer all of them. Please watch these videos when considering voting for each candidate! 1. Why do you want to serve in this leadership position, and what does leadership mean to you? 2. Who is your favorite superhero (real or fictional), and what leadership quality do they demonstrate that you try to live by? 3. What is one opportunity for growth you see in our school, and how would you help move us forward in a positive way? 4. If leadership were a role in a movie (director, writer, actor, producer), which would you choose and why? 5. Describe a time you had to work with someone who disagreed with you. What did you learn from that experience? 6. Who is a real or fictional person you admire, and what leadership trait do they model? 7. What is one realistic goal you would like to accomplish during your term, and how would you begin working toward it? 8. If you could have lunch with one person, dead or alive, who would it be, why, and what would you ask them? 9. If leadership were a playlist, what song best represents your leadership style and why? 10. How do you believe a student leader should represent the school when no one is watching?

Challenge 2026: Banner Year for the Chips You could feel it the moment you walked in — the energy, the anticipation, the friendly rivalry. This year’s Rummel/Chapelle Challenge brought the spirit in full force as the Raiders embraced their theme, “Home for the Holidays,” while the Chips lit up the night with “Miss American Pie.” Before the games even began, Chapelle came out strong. Thanks to our incredible generosity during the Belize Mission Drive, we raised more funds than Rummel and started the night with a 5–0 lead. Chipmunks with heart always set the tone. The competition that followed was a true back-and-forth battle: Student Volleyball – Rummel won (5–5 tie) Teacher Volleyball – Chapelle won (bragging rights secured) Hippity Hop – Chips win (10–5!) Cup Stack – Rummel ties it up Uniform Swap – Chips win… then win again after a redo! (15–10) Ping Pong – Rummel ties it again Memory Matching – Rummel takes the lead for the first time (15–20) Shoe Find – Chapelle wins to tie it up! With the score even and the gym on its feet, it all came down to the E-Boards in a tie-breaker Ping Pong showdown. The pressure was high. The crowd was loud. And when the final e-board member crossed the line — CHIPS WIN! The screams, the spirit, the sisterhood — it was everything Challenge is meant to be. From start to finish, our girls showed resilience, teamwork, and undeniable Chipmunk Spunk. And at the end of the night, the only thing sweeter than “American Pie” was the actual pie that went into Rummel's E-Boards faces... oh, and bringing the banner home.

$3.5M to Incarnate Word Hall—The Largest Gift in School History This extraordinary investment will help bring to life a new center for faith formation on Chapelle’s campus. Incarnate Word Hall will include a new chapel large enough for grade level liturgies, along with six theology classrooms designed to deepen students’ understanding of their faith. The building will also serve as a gathering place for the Chapelle community and will invite alumnae to return to campus to celebrate weddings and baptisms. Mrs. Benson’s generosity reflects her longstanding commitment to Catholic education and her belief in the importance of forming future generations of women leaders. Through this gift, she joins the many supporters helping Archbishop Chapelle High School continue its legacy of educating young women rooted in faith. "Mrs. Benson’s gift is not only remarkable in its generosity, it is a profound statement of faith in our students, our faculty, and the future of this school," said Head of School Connie Dantagnan '88. "Her commitment will help ensure that generations of young women will continue to grow in knowledge, faith, and leadership within these walls."
