8th Grade Application Timeline

STEP 1 - Complete the Office of Catholic Schools Application

Attend a Catholic Elementary School: Cards will be distributed at local elementary school and must be submitted to school principal.
Do Not Attend a Catholic Elementary School: Cards will be posted on the Chapelle website under the “Admissions Timeline” tab and must be emailed to the Archbishop Chapelle Director of Admissions. (Available November 2026)

STEP 2 - Complete the Chapelle Application available on the Chapelle website under the “Apply Now” tab. (Available October 2026)

All students must complete both the Office of Catholic Schools Application AND the Chapelle Online Application
The Archbishop Chapelle High School Online Application must be submitted by November 30, 2026.

To complete an application to Archbishop Chapelle High School for the 2027-2028 school year the following must be submitted:

Office of Catholic Schools application/card, birth certificate, social security card, transcripts, standardized test scores, final report cards from 5th and 6th grade, and most recent 7th grade report card or progress report.
Attend a Catholic Elementary School: The Catholic elementary schools will send the application forms and the student records to the Selected High School. The only documents to be uploaded in the Chapelle Online Application are the birth certificate and social security card.

Students who are interested in being considered for an Academic Scholarship for the 2027-2028 school year, must apply before February 2027.

Saturday, January 9, 2027 - Academic Assessment Day

8th Grade Applicants ONLY are required to attend High School Assessment Day at Chapelle on Saturday, January 9, 2027. Check-in begins at 7:30AM, and the assessment begins promptly at 8:00AM.

January 20-21, 2027 - 8th Grade Prospective Student Interviews

Prospective student interviews are held with students and guardians. Information on scheduling interviews will be included in the December applicant mailing.

FEBRUARY 2027 - APPLICATION DECISION

All accepted 8th Grade Chipmunks MUST attend ChipStart in order to attend Archbishop Chapelle High School for the 2027-2028 school year. ChipStart will take place from June 1-4 and June 7-11.

2027-2028 School Year

9th-10th Grade Application Timeline

To complete an application to Archbishop Chapelle High School for the 2027-2028 school year the following must be submitted:

Applying for 9th Grade: Birth certificate, social security card, standardized test scores, final report cards from 6th and 7th grade, and most recent 8th grade report card or progress report.
Applying for 10th Grade: Birth certificate, social security card, standardized test scores, final report cards from 7th and 8th grade, and most recent 9th grade report card or progress report.

Applications for the 2027-2028 school year will open in October 2026.
