After being voted the 2023 Nola Family Magazine Best Summer Camp, it's time you hear why we won this prestigious award!

Here at Chapelle, we offer summer camp for girls going into grades 1st through 7th. Campers have weekly themes and Friday assemblies to show off the talented campers of the week. From Hi-Steppers to glam camp and everything in between, the girls at Chapelle Summer Camp look forward to coming back every June! We offer summer camp at Chapelle to give these girls a taste of what their life could be like as a chipmunk. A sophomore ambassador, Kaia Braendel, said that she would recommend Chapelle Summer Camp to a future chipmunk because, "The girls get to be creative, meet new friends, and most importantly have so much fun!"

Chapelle Summer Camp would not exist without our wonderful ambassadors that take time out of their summer to work it! Our very own Chapelle Ambassadors love working summer camp and enjoy giving girls their first look into what their future could be. Piper Blackburn, a freshman ambassador, said, "From getting to assist the girls with the crafts we were doing, to helping them perform their Fun Friday performance, each day was full of fun, joy, and smiles." A senior ambassador, Olivia Bares, said, "My favorite part about getting to work at Chapelle Summer Camp was watching the girls grow up with such a strong connection to Chapelle."

Even the alumni and faculty that become counselors and activity directors for summer camp have an absolute blast! They love the kids, and the kids love them right back. Our Director of Summer Camp and Director of Admissions here at Chapelle, Kacey Pierce, said that Chapelle Summer Camp provides girls with, "a safe and supportive environment where they can develop confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of community."
