Throughout middle school, Milan has demonstrated remarkable academic excellence, earning multiple academic awards that reflect her dedication, perseverance, and strong work ethic. Beyond academics, Milan is an active member of our school band, where she contributes her musical talents and positive, collaborative spirit. She is also deeply involved in her church parish, living out her faith through service and engagement within her community. Catholic Schools Week Celebrated Through Mass & Faith at Chapelle As part of Catholic Schools Week, Archbishop Chapelle High School came together as one faith‑filled community to celebrate Mass with our entire student body, reflecting on the many blessings of Catholic education and our shared Chapelle mission. Before Mass began, we proudly recognized two outstanding students as the Chapelle Students of the Year. Emily Ledet (12th grade) and Milan Vitrano (8th grade) were honored for their leadership, character, faith, and commitment to the values of Archbishop Chapelle High School. We are so proud of these students and the example they set for our community. Mass was celebrated by Father Austin Barr, who reminded us in his homily of the heart of our Catholic mission, sharing, “As Catholics, to know and love God is our mission. And our mission starts new every single day.” His words encouraged students and faculty alike to recommit daily to living out their faith through love, service, and purpose. Following Mass, the Chapelle community participated in a Eucharistic Procession to the Barn, where Adoration and Confession were offered to students, faculty, and staff who wished to spend time in prayer with the Lord. This sacred time allowed our community to pause, reflect, and grow spiritually together.  It was a truly beautiful day—one that highlighted the importance of faith, tradition, and unity within Catholic education. We are grateful to celebrate Catholic Schools Week surrounded by prayer, gratitude, and the Chapelle family.

Vocations Panel Inspires Chapelle Students During Catholic Schools Week As part of Catholic Schools Week, Archbishop Chapelle High School hosted a meaningful Vocations Panel during lunch on Tuesday, giving students the opportunity to learn more about the many ways God may be calling them to live out their faith. The panel was designed to answer students’ questions and encourage thoughtful reflection on the different vocations within the Church. Students heard from three inspiring women, each representing a unique and beautiful path of vocation: Jessie Dupuy Dupré '09 , who spoke about the vocation of marriage and motherhood, sharing how faith shapes family life and everyday living. Margie Lademan , a Consecrated Woman with Regnum Christi, who offered insight into a life dedicated fully to Christ through consecrated lay life. Sister Maria Caeli , of the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia, who shared her journey and experiences living out a religious vocation. Through their personal stories and witness, each speaker showed students how Christ is present and active in their lives, regardless of vocation. The panel encouraged our Chipmunks to listen closely to God’s call, trust in His plan, and remain open to where He may lead them. We are grateful to these incredible women for visiting our campus and sharing their faith, wisdom, and joy. Their presence was a beautiful reminder that God’s call is unique for each person—and that every vocation is a gift.

Chapelle Students Witness for Life at the March for Life 💚✝️ On Friday, January 23, 33 Archbishop Chapelle High School students traveled to Washington, D.C. to participate in the March for Life, joining thousands of others in a peaceful and prayerful witness for the dignity of human life. As they walked through the streets of the nation’s capital, our Chipmunks carried signs reading “Love Them Both,” a message affirming compassion and care for both mothers and their unborn children. Through their presence, prayers, and peaceful participation, our students demonstrated Chapelle’s commitment to faith in action and respect for all life. The experience was a powerful opportunity for students to live out Catholic values beyond the classroom—standing together, supporting one another, and witnessing to the belief that every life is sacred and worthy of love. We are incredibly proud of these students for representing Chapelle with grace, conviction, and compassion. Their participation in the March for Life is a meaningful reflection of our mission to form young women rooted in faith, service, and leadership. Once again, our Chipmunks showed that faith, when lived out, can be a powerful force for good.

Chapelle Alumnae Return to Campus for College & Sorority Panel  Archbishop Chapelle High School recently welcomed back seven alumnae who returned to campus to share their college experiences and offer valuable insight to our current students. The College Panel provided an engaging and informative opportunity for students to ask questions and learn firsthand about life after Chapelle. During the panel, alumnae spoke openly about a wide range of topics—from everyday campus life and academics to time management, housing, and balancing responsibilities. Students also received helpful advice on what they can begin doing now to prepare for college, both academically and personally. Following the college discussion, students had the opportunity to participate in a Sorority Panel, where two alumnae shared their experiences with Greek life. These conversations offered insight into the recruitment process, involvement opportunities, and how sorority life can support personal growth and community building in college. 💖 THEY’RE BAAACK! Welcoming Home the Class of 2025 💖 There’s nothing quite like welcoming our alumnae back home—and this week, Archbishop Chapelle High School was filled with joy as the Class of 2025 returned to campus for their Yearbook Social. Our newest Chipmunk alumnae spent the morning reconnecting with classmates, sharing hugs, laughter, and flipping through their freshly printed yearbooks. Each page sparked memories of friendships formed, milestones celebrated, and unforgettable moments that defined their Chapelle journey. It was truly heartwarming to see the excitement on their faces as they reminisced and reflected on the years they spent growing, learning, and building sisterhood within our green‑and‑white halls. Seeing their smiles reminded us that while their time as students has ended, their connection to Chapelle will always remain. We are so proud of the young women they have become and grateful that Chapelle will forever be part of their story. Once a Chipmunk, always a Chipmunk!
