Career Engagement Spotlight: Mallory Knudsen Hart ’15 💚⚖️
At Archbishop Chapelle High School, we love connecting our current students with alumnae who are thriving in their careers. Recently, we were thrilled to welcome Mallory Knudsen Hart ’15 back to campus to speak at one of our Career Engagement Sessions, where she shared her journey as an Associate Attorney and provided valuable insights into the legal profession.
A Day in the Life of an Associate Attorney
Mallory works in Big Law as an associate attorney at a downtown firm, specializing in Labor and Employment Defense. She explained to students that her role involves defending and counseling employers of all sizes on labor and employment issues.
“No day is the same," Mallory shared. "Some days I am preparing discrimination and harassment trainings and drafting handbook policies. Other days I am reviewing documents for litigation discovery and writing motions to be filed in court."
Her dynamic career highlights the variety and complexity of the legal field, offering students a glimpse into the real-world applications of hard work, critical thinking, and adaptability.
Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders
Mallory’s visit was an incredible opportunity for students to hear firsthand about the challenges and rewards of working in law. She emphasized the importance of being organized, detail-oriented, and prepared to handle unexpected challenges—all skills that she first began developing as a student at Chapelle.
Her story also reflected the value of a strong educational foundation, showing students how their experiences at Chapelle can help prepare them for success in any field.
Thank You, Mallory!
