🎶💚 Chapelle’s Talent Shines at the Music Appreciation Club Talent Show! 💚🎶 The spotlight was on our incredibly talented Chipmunks during the Talent Show presented by the Music Appreciation Club! The event brought together creativity, confidence, and community as the entire school gathered to cheer on our performers. ✨ 🎤 A Stage Full of Talent Five gifted students took the stage and wowed the crowd with their musical abilities: - Mia Maone, Kathleen Elmer, and Grace Wilson showcased their beautiful voices with powerful vocal performances. - Cassie Nguyen and Elise Nelson impressed everyone with their skillful and heartfelt piano pieces. Each performance celebrated not only musical talent but also the courage to share one’s gifts in front of the entire Chapelle family. The audience’s energy and support made the day truly special! 💚 And the Winner Is... After a round of amazing performances, Cassie Nguyen was crowned First Place Winner! Her stunning piano performance left the audience in awe — a well-deserved recognition for her hard work and talent. 🌟 Music, Joy, and Chapelle Spirit Events like this remind us how special the Chapelle community is — a place where students uplift one another and celebrate each other’s talents. Class of 2030: Their First Chapelle Retreat! What a truly special day for our Class of 2030! 💚 Our newest Chipmunks experienced their first-ever Chapelle Retreat at the CYO Office and St. Martin de Porres Church, marking a beautiful beginning to their spiritual journey at Archbishop Chapelle High School. With the guidance of our dedicated Campus Ministry Leadership Team and the support of Chapelle faculty and staff, the 8th graders spent the day growing in faith, friendship, and community — the heart of what it means to be a Chapelle student. Friendship with Jesus and Each Other The theme of the retreat, “Friendship with Jesus and Good and Holy Friendships with Each Other,” reminded students that true friendship begins with Christ and overflows into their relationships with those around them. Throughout the retreat, students: 🌿 Gathered in prayer and reflection 💬 Shared stories of their personal journeys with the Lord 🎯 Played team-building games to connect and build lasting bonds 💚 Discovered ways to nurture their faith and friendships through kindness, trust, and joy This retreat offered the Class of 2030 a meaningful glimpse into what each year of retreats will bring — opportunities to strengthen both their relationship with God and their connections with one another. Growing Closer to the Lord, Together We are so blessed to walk alongside these young women as they begin this special journey of faith and friendship. By Kyla Apostolakis '26 “Nothing will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.” (adapted from Romans 8:38–39) When I read this verse, what really sticks with me is that nothing can separate us from God’s love. That’s such a powerful promise. Sometimes I feel like life is overwhelming. School, friends, activities, and just trying to figure out who I am can make it feel like God is far away. When I mess up or feel like I’m not good enough, it’s easy to forget that His love never changes. Being in high school can be a stressful experience. I’ve felt pressure to excel in class, keep up with my friends, and plan for the future. There are moments when it seems like God is quiet, but I’ve learned that He’s always close. His love isn’t something I have to earn, and it doesn’t go away just because I make mistakes or feel unsure. Even when I feel anxious, sad, or unsure about myself, the Lord’s love is still holding me. Fear, failure, or anything else can’t break that. God meets me right where I am, even in the middle of chaos or stress. This month, I want to remember that no matter what happens, God’s love is always there. I can always come back to Him because His love never gives up on me. 

💚🐿️ Open House 2025: A Night to Remember! 🐿️💚 What an incredible night at Archbishop Chapelle High School’s 2025 Open House! With a record-breaking number of families visiting our campus, the energy, excitement, and Chipmunk pride could be felt in every hallway. ✨ From the moment guests arrived, our Chapelle Ambassadors led them on guided tours that showcased what makes our school truly special — our vibrant community, engaging academics, faith-filled environment, and student life bursting with spirit. Families got a firsthand look at everything from innovative classrooms and technology to dynamic clubs, athletics, and service opportunities that shape well-rounded Chapelle women. Faith at the Center of It All At every stop, visitors saw what makes Chapelle unique: Christ at the center of everything we do. Whether it’s in the classroom, on the field, or through service, our mission of Faith, Tradition, and Excellence shines in every part of campus life. A Huge Thank You! We are over the moon with gratitude for everyone who helped make this event such a success — our students, faculty, staff, alumnae, and volunteers who came together to welcome the next generation of Chipmunks! 👗 Totally Twisted Tuesday at Chapelle! 👠🎩 Things got fashionable on campus during Chapelle’s Totally Twisted Tuesday dress-down day! Students and faculty took the theme to heart, showing up in the wildest, wackiest outfits they could find — from mismatched patterns and funky accessories to upside-down fashion moments that had everyone smiling. 💚✨ The morning's highlight was the Totally Twisted Fashion Show, where each grade’s Top 5 Best Dressed strutted their stuff down the “runway.” Laughter, music, and applause filled the air as the crowd cheered on their classmates’ creativity and flair for fun.  Our star-studded panel of judges — Mr. Giovingo, Ms. Miller, Mrs. Pickett, Mr. McCurley, and Mrs. Hook — had the tough job of choosing just one winner from so many bold looks. After much deliberation (and plenty of giggles), they crowned Freshman Bella Pelitire as Chapelle’s #1 Best-Dressed! 👑

Walking with Faith: Honoring the Month of the Rosary 🙏 To close out the month of October — the Month of the Rosary — our entire Chapelle community came together in a beautiful display of faith and unity. All theology classes participated in a walking rosary around campus, with faculty and staff joining in prayer as well.  As students moved from one decade to the next, the campus filled with peaceful reflection and reverence. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of prayer and the special devotion to the Blessed Mother during this holy month. 💚 The walking rosary served not only as a spiritual reflection but also as a meaningful way to strengthen our shared faith community. Through prayer and reflection, we were reminded that, just as each bead of the rosary is connected, so too are we — as one Chapelle family rooted in faith. 🕊️
