STUDENT LIFE
Immaculate Conception Mass
On Monday, December 9th at 10:25am Chapelle will celebrate Immaculate Conception Mass.
Please read the following Mass reminders:
- All students must wear their formal sweater to Mass. The formal sweater consists of the green v-neck pullover, senior sweater or Ambassador jacket. No other outerwear may be worn at Mass.
- Parents cannot drop off your formal sweater to the front office. Please make sure to locate your formal sweater and put it by your school bag Sunday evening.
- Students cannot check out during Mass. Please plan accordingly.
- No parking in the gym or Fine Arts lot. Seniors must park in the front of school.
8th Grade Grandparents Day
8th Grade Grandparents Day will follow Mass. Grandparents and their granddaughter will enjoy donuts in the gym. Also, 8th grade students are not allowed to check out of school after Grandparents Day.
March for Life Meeting
March for Life meeting on Tuesday, December 10, from 6-7pm in the cafeteria. This is mandatory for all students and at least one parent.

Cold Weather Apparel in the Bookstore
Stay warm and stylish this winter with these PE joggers available in sizes medium to 2xl, paired perfectly with a crisp white Friday sweatshirt available in sizes medium to 3xl. Embrace the cold weather and fight the chill in comfort and fashion.
Winter Weather Attire at School
- No sweatpants are allowed except in PE. Students must remove sweatpants in the morning before getting out of their vehicle.
- The approved Archbishop Chapelle High School scarf may be worn in the winter months.
- Plain black leggings or tights can be worn (no capris) under the uniform skirt. No cutouts, lace, fringe, designs or any other colors are permitted.
- The Chapelle v-neck sweater, senior sweater, Ambassador blazer, uniform fleece, letterman sweaters or letterman jackets are the only acceptable options for outerwear. Any other outerwear must be removed until lunch or the end of the school day.
- Archbishop Chapelle letterman jackets, Archbishop Rummel Raider Band or Chapellette letterman jackets can only be worn by active members of the team.
- The white Chapelle sweatshirt can only be worn on Friday. Other Chapelle sweatshirts cannot be worn during the school day.
- No blankets are allowed on campus at any time.
IMPORTANT: The uniform fleece purchased from the bookstore MUST be monogrammed in white. The monogram can be last name, first and last name, or first initial and last name. Name monogramming on the fleece should be on the student’s right side with the crest on the left. Students have until Monday, December 12 to have their fleece monogrammed.

Our Spring Test Day is April 28th! 8th-11th grade students will be testing. Please see below for the grade and what test they will be taking. If you have any questions, please contact Laura Chimento - lchimento@archbishopchapelle.org. More information will come about each test in the spring.

Giving Tree
The Giving Tree will be up from Tuesday, November 19 to Wednesday, December 6. Please stop by and take an ornament off of the tree if you are interested in helping a family in need. All gifts should be wrapped, with the ornament attached and are due Thursday, December 12. Moms, Dads and students are welcome. Chapelle students can earn service hours. Boys from High Schools that need service hours are also welcome. Dads are especially needed to help "push" dough through the machine. If you plan on helping please email Michelle Lambert at Mlambert@archbishopchapelle.org. We like to get a head count because we serve lunch on these days. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Winter Formal Dress Guidelines
2. Spandex dresses are not allowed.
3. Slits in dresses must be no higher than 4 inches above the knee.
4. Bare-backs, visible midriffs (when arms are raised), or cut-outs are not allowed.
6. The dress must be designed to cover a traditional bra; however, strapless dresses are
permissible if they are modest and fully cover the breasts.
10. Ladies may not wear pants of any type.
12. No pierced body parts, except the ear lobes. Only one earring per ear is allowed.
13. Dress shoes are the only acceptable footwear.
14. Dresses may not be altered or changed once a student enters the dance.
15. Dress styles need to be appropriate to the student’s body shape.
1. Dress suits or sport coats with collared shirts and traditional ties are required.
2. Dress shoes and dress socks are required. No tennis shoes.
3. Sunglasses, hats, or bandanas are not permitted.
4. Piercings and visible tattoos are not allowed.
5. Hair, including facial hair, must be well trimmed and well groomed.
Anyone deemed inappropriately attired by the Dean of Students will not be allowed into any dance.

How to access a report card for the current school year.
Parents & Guardians,
When report cards are emailed each quarter, there is a link for you to access the report card. That link is only active for 2 weeks.
You are always able to access your daughter's most recent report card for the current school year through the FACTS Family Portal.
These are the directions on how to access a report card:
- Log in to your FACTS family portal account.
- Select “Student” from the menu.
- Select “Report Card” from the menu. The most recent report card from the current school year will be displayed.

Attention Students! If you're looking for a peer tutor from an NHS or NJHS student, please fill out the form below. You will meet with your tutor once a week during S period.
CAMPUS MINISTRY
Hallow
Last year, we partnered with Hallow, an amazing online resource for prayer that the students can use in the classroom and in their own personal lives! Having Hallow was a great opportunity that I know many of our students took advantage of. Between the faculty, staff, and students, the Archbishop Chapelle community prayed over 11,000 prayers on Hallow last year!
I am happy to say that we are partnering with Hallow again this year! Every single student will have full access to a Hallow account through their achschipmunks email. They should have, or soon will be receiving an email from Hallow with more information on how to log into their accounts. The students can access Hallow through the web browser on their chromebooks, or they can also download the app on their smartphones if they have one. We will be using Hallow in the Theology classes this year, so it is important that every student knows how to access their accounts.
Parents, Hallow also generously offers a free trial for you! Be on the lookout for more information in the future!

The only requirement to be met for Service Hours this year is:
5 hours Community (our Make a Difference Day met this requirement)
5 hours Chapelle (most of you worked Open House so you met this requirement)
Your Mobileserve account should show your Make a Difference Day. If it does not, see Mrs. Capaci.
Your Open House hours will be posted by Mrs. Capaci before Christmas.
The “due date” for all service hours if April 15, 2025.

All Chapelle Home Game Tickets Must
Be Purchased on GoFan.com
All regular season home game tickets must be purchased through GoFan platform. Currently volleyball season passes are on sale. Individual game tickets will be available starting next week. Cash will not be taken at the door, however tickets can be purchased at the door through the app or with a credit card.

Bullying/Harassment Policy
Bullying is a distinctive pattern of repeatedly and deliberately harming and humiliating others and is characterized by a power imbalance between the two parties. Bullying includes, but is not limited to physical or verbal aggression, relational aggression, or emotional aggression (teasing, threatening, and intimidating others). Relational aggression (RA), is a form of indirect bullying that uses social relationships to manipulate or harm others, such as isolating a student from her group of friends (social exclusion), threatening to stop talking to a friend (the ''silent treatment''), or spreading gossip and rumors. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, slurs, jokes, comments, or other offensive conduct relating to race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic. Bullying, relational aggression (including cyber-bullying), and harassment will not be tolerated. Please use the forms below to report bullying.

***Freshman Retreat will be an evening retreat, starting after school and ending around 9pm. Important Carpool Information
- Students can only be dropped off or picked up in the Veterans horseshoe or the Montana St. horseshoe by the cafeteria.
- If you enter at Veterans, you must exit onto Veterans. If you enter on Montana, You must exit onto Montana.
- When exiting campus on Montana you MUST turn right. A left turn is not allowed.
- Vehicles cannot enter or exit behind the gym during morning or afternoon carpool.
- These restrictions are in place for the safety of our chipmunks.
- Please help us to keep your children safe.
