On Saturday, March 7, Chapelle's newspaper staff entered the Tom Bell Silver Scribe Journalism Competition at Loyola University.  Overall, the newspaper received honorable mention in the Best Newspaper category, while junior Samantha Matthews placed first in Layout Design and senior Megan Bates placed first in Column Writing.
