Students Donate Blood
On October 6, when the blood mobile parked on campus, thirty brave students entered to donate blood. Phlebotomists from the Blood Center Of Southeast Louisiana collected the blood and distributed orange juice and cookies to the donors. Linda Munn, who organizes the blood drive, is very proud of the students who attempt to donate. “It is a wonderful way to give back to the community. Every pint of blood donated saves three lives.” Archbishop Chapelle High School holds two blood drives a year on campus.
