Archbishop Hannan's Funeral Procession
Members of the Student Council E-Board, the Ambasssador Officers, and the Campus Ministry E-Board represented Archbsishop Chapelle at the funeral procession of Archbishop Philip Hannan. Also attending were students from Ms. Sanderson’s English class who met the Archbishop last year to discuss his book, “The Archbishop Wore Combat Boots.” As the group waited on Canal Street for the funeral procession to arrive, they assisted the American Red Cross by writing Christmas cards to military personnel overseas. Campus Minister Maria Steen commented, “It was a fitting tribute to the Archbishop who was a military man.” |
