New Students Attend Summer Enrichment Program
This year’s Summer Enrichment Program provided the opportunity for fun, creativity and learning. For two-weeks students participated in vigorous academic lessons, art projects, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) activities. To assist with their transition to high school the incoming 8th and 9th graders made a schedule bracelet and received instruction on organizational and study skills. A field trip to the Magnolia School showed them that service to others is an important part of a Chapelle student’s life. They had a fine dining experience and enjoyed an ice cream social, pizza party, and a trip to the skating rink. Chipmunks know how to have fun!
