Catholic Identity:
Outstanding Catholic Student

The Outstanding Catholic Student Award is presented annually to a student from each class level who exemplifies her faith and gives witness to her Catholicity on the campus of Archbishop Chapelle High School and in the community.

The criteria used for selecting students for this prestigious award is as follows. She must exhibit: moral and ethical behavior based on the teachings of Christ, a character and attitude reflecting Catholic principles, concern for the Chapelle family, involvement in her church parish life and service within the metropolitan community.

The nominee must recognize the importance of the sacraments, attend Mass regularly and be involved in the spiritual life of her church parish. The nominee should be an example of Christian moral living and be a role model to others in following the Gospel message.
